The Coursehttps://www.plotaroute.com/route/2212595

This undulating course starts on a downward fire track surfaced lane, before turning you right along a slightly narrow trail path.  Turning left and down a few wooden steps before a right turn onto a wide tarmac path. Swirling up a ramp at the bridge before hitting a narrow pass slightly to the right then onto a short trail path. This will lead you to the ‘Stairway to Heaven’, can you make it to the top? Once you get there, you will take a right turn and snake round a flat tarmac section at East Thickley Farm. Stepping over a stile, straight onto a wide-open section onto the top field. Once doing a good section on top, the course will head down a few wooden steps straight onto a sharp right turn on a tarmac path adjacent to a main road. Leading you to a fantastic downhill finish located straight outside the Bay Horse pub on the grass.

Start:  Once you have collected your race number, please make your way to the start.  The start is located on the fire track lane just under 1km from registration so please allow yourself extra time to get there. There will be directional arrows to help guide you to the start (see map below).

Important: It is going to be a really busy start so could I please ask you all to position yourself in the correct order of finish times. i.e. if you are looking at completing the event between 17-20 mins please be at the front (we don't want this to turn into a steeplechase). 20-30 mins in the middle and If you are coming for a jog and chat then please start towards the back. This will save a lot of bottle-necking in tight places and keep the event flowing.
